Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce is sales of two years+. E-commerce sales is providing payment acceptance methods to merchants. *development of loan products and other pure banking experience does not count.
- Energy and positivity (the glass is half full) - we already have more than enough critical thinking. The person we are looking for is active as many business trips to conferences, and clients are expected.
- Presentability. Our colleague is the face of the whole company, so conducting a conversation showing erudition and a witty joke is essential.
- Professionalism in sales: Our customer is always right because a customer is an opportunity, and we do not miss it. Our customers are enthusiasts of their business; it is pleasant and helpful to communicate with them for any inquisitive person. Our task is to help clients earn money - this is not about selling unnecessary things but about mutually beneficial cooperation.
- Fluent in English. It is rare to speak with an Englishman in New York, but we use English to communicate with people around the globe daily. Spanish would be a big plus as we develop a new gateway there.
- In addition to sales, Our employee should help the team to create a backlog of tasks for the functionality demanded by the business - this is preceded by an analysis of the client's needs (estimation of turnover, potential margin, and cost) to assess the feasibility.
- We have designers, but we consider the ability to work with Keynote critical, same as Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Search for clients and development of the client base online and offline using multiple traveling opportunities that we provide
- meetings and presentations to clients
- upsell to current clients
- customer supervision at all stages of cooperation with our platform (the support team handles operational and technical tasks, so you just keep an eye on that service we provide is excellent)
- weekly and monthly reporting according to the company's format

Remote work in the beginning and relocating to Batumi becoming optional after the test period
