Essence of the position:
Responsibility of the establishing a continuous business improvement within Russia & CIS J&J Vision business (Vision Care & Surgical Vision) to monitor and to improve External processes with Customers and Internal solutions and processes in partnership with global, regional and local functions, supporting the growth of the business by initiating, implementing and supporting key strategic initiatives and projects cross functionally (liaising with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, RA, GR, Quality and Legal teams). The role requires providing a continuous connection with the businesses and being a point of communication between all stakeholders and delivery groups.

Location: Moscow, Russia
Key areas and responsibilities:
· Key strategic business projects
Initiate, deliver and support various key projects focused on market development for Russia and CIS, e.g., IT platforms development & enhancements, new products and services integration, Strategic logistics projects in connection to B2B2C, VMI, ERPs, EA EU transition project etc.
· Continuous Customer facing projects improvement
Set up objectives and continuous assessment of value propositions to Customers, assess evolution of Customer needs, develop internal processes to track and develop Customer facing business improvements, establish organizational KPIs to monitor business process efficiency
· Internal process improvement
Investigate, propose and deliver internal process improvements within Finance, Planning and Admin areas, supporting Center of Excellence functioning improvement. The role leads cross functional teams to drive and facilitate execution as well as to develop SOPs and KPIs monitoring tools
· IT processes management
Understand of an IT environment, collaborate with IT workstreams within projects where needed, drive and guide IT on the business requirements. Collaborate with the business owners and IT business technology leads to facilitate and to centralize IT activities for both commercial and deliver. Develop and support application solutions inventory including business requirement back logs.
Required knowledge and skills:
· Bachelor or master’s degree
· 6 years + of experience in commercial organization and logistics
· Excellent understanding of commercial, marketing, admin as well as Supply Chain and operational processes
· Solid experience in managing critical business projects phases within strict scope, timelines, resources and budget constraints and manage associated risk
· Strong project management and process improvement skills
· Deep understanding of overall business and functional objectives, familiar with identifying and setting up KPIs
· Experience in Lean, Kaizen or 6sigma is desired as process improvement and simplification will be part of the scope for the position
· Understanding of IT processes and solutions in logistic and finance (ERPs, EDI, B2B e-commerce, WH solutions) is an advantage
· Understanding of technologies for B2B2C processes, solutions for digital marketing and data analysis as well as Compliance, SOX and Agile standards is also important
· Experience working with IT related projects or with high IT involvemen
· Experience in developing business requirements, process maps, user journeys
· Understanding of IT processes and solutions in logistic and finance (ERPs, EDI, B2B2C, e-commerce, WH solutions) would be valuable
· Analytical skills to work with volume of data \ advanced xls skills
· Structural and data driven thinking
· Ability to operate, communicate at all levels in the organization
· Ability to build sustainable cross function and cross sector communication and collaboration
· Fluent English is a must
