English-Speaking Call Center Agent

We’re looking for an English-speaking Call Center Agent for a part-time remote role.

Your main task will be to communicate with prospective customers over the phone: introduce our services, explain the available offers, answer questions and help customers complete their purchase. You will handle conversations from the initial call through to closing the sale.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow the agreed call structure, scripts and communication guidelines.
• Explain our services and offers in clear, natural English.
• Answer customer questions and handle common objections.
• Guide customers through the purchase process and complete sales yourself.
• Arrange callbacks and follow up on previous conversations.
• Record call outcomes, customer details and next steps in the CRM.
• Meet agreed targets for call activity, communication quality and sales.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a natural American accent.
• Previous experience in a call center or telephone sales.
• A clear, friendly and confident speaking manner.
• Ability to follow instructions while keeping conversations natural.
• Confidence handling objections and asking customers to proceed with a purchase.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Reliability, punctuality and attention to detail.
• A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Availability to work full-time and start soon.
