Mandatory Industry Experience

We are seeking a strategic CFO with proven experience in brokerage within a licensed financial institution. Direct industry experience is an essential requirement for this role.

Professional Requirements (Hard Skills)

Industry Expertise

• Strong understanding of brokerage operations, wealth management, private banking, investment products, AUM economics, and industry-specific financial and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in financial management within regulated investment or financial services businesses.
• Background in Big 4 Financial Services / Financial Institutions practices or investment banking is an advantage.

Financial Management & Strategic Finance

• Proven track record as CFO / Finance Director of a mid-sized company.
• Comprehensive financial management expertise: FP&A, budgeting, management accounting, IFRS, taxation, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Ability to assess business-line profitability, evaluate investment initiatives, and drive financial performance.
• Experience in financial strategy, capital allocation, cost optimization, and value creation.
• Experience partnering with CEOs, shareholders, and Boards of Directors.

International Experience

• Experience managing finance functions across multiple jurisdictions.
• International consolidation, cross-border transactions, tax planning, and corporate structuring.
• Familiarity with Cyprus and UAE financial and regulatory environments is an advantage.
• Fluent Russian and English are mandatory.
