Internal Auditor

Hi! We're KOTON — a Turkish fashion brand that's been setting trends around the world for 40 years.

We're hiring for a key role of Internal auditor.

What you will do:

• Perform financial, operational and compliance audits in Russia and international subsidiaries of Koton as per the Annual Audit Plan (Audits may include a wide range of topics including processes and departments at the Headquarters as well as stores and logistics centers),
• Review and evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal control environment,
• Monitor and coordinate the risk management processes,
• Perform periodic controls and checks on high risk areas,
• Undertake investigations,
• Prepare value-added and effective improvement proposals in response to the audit findings,
• Present audit activities on time with well-prepared reports,
• Prepare follow-up reports by checking whether the necessary actions have been taken regarding the audit results.

We expect:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields from a reputable university & certification of audit profession,
• Minimum 5 years experience in internal/external audit (Big 4 company experience is preferable),
• Knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards and practices,
• Excellent Russian language and Advanced level of English,
• Ability to travel internationally.
