What you’ll do:

• Build and manage partnerships to launch new game projects, guiding partner studios toward global launch and running a wide range of operational processes along the way
• Track market trends, genres, and competitors, and turn that data into insights that shape the company’s focus and strategy
• Scout promising studios and projects that could become MY.GAMES’ next hits
• Support the MGVC Publishing team operationally — internal communications and presentations for senior management and partners
• Manage projects and processes to keep MGVC Publishing projects stocked with the services they need, working closely with internal service teams

What you need to succeed:

• A university degree
• 1-2 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similarly fast-paced, analytics-heavy environment
• Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset
• Fluent English — you’ll work with international partners and platforms every day
• You already use AI tools in your work (research, analysis, preparing materials)
• You love games and know the industry inside out
• You can juggle multiple tasks at once, hit deadlines, and follow through without being chased
• You write well and build clear, well-structured presentations
