Content Copywriter (SEO / GEO / SMM)

Responsibilities:

• Creating search-optimized content in close collaboration with the SEO/GEO specialist: articles, landing pages, service pages, case studies, FAQs, and expert materials.
• Working from SEO briefs: search intent, keyword clusters, content structure, internal linking, and on-page optimization.
• Writing content that AI search engines can understand and cite (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini). This means clear direct answers, a logical heading structure, FAQ blocks, verifiable facts and sources, and E-E-A-T signals.
• Updating and refreshing existing content based on performance data (rankings, traffic, AI visibility, conversions).
• Turning long-form content into social posts, LinkedIn content, email newsletters, and short-form video scripts.
• Developing and maintaining content plans that connect SEO, social media, and campaign goals.
• Adapting tone of voice to different brands, audiences, and stages of the funnel.
• Researching topics in depth and interviewing internal experts to produce credible, original content.
• Writing briefs for designers, video editors, and other creative team members.
• Tracking content performance with the SEO and analytics team and using the insights to improve future content.
• Monitoring trends, competitors, and changes in search and AI-driven discovery.
• Working closely with SEO, performance marketing, design, and analytics teams, and understanding how content supports the overall marketing funnel and business goals.

Must-haves:

• Experience in copywriting or content marketing for 3+ years.
• A portfolio that includes both long-form SEO content (articles, landing pages, case studies) and social media content.
• Proven results, such as traffic growth, rankings, engagement, or leads generated by your content.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals: search intent, keyword research, content structure, meta tags, and internal linking.
• Understanding of how AI search (GEO/AEO) works and how to structure content so it gets cited in AI answers.
• Ability to write clear, structured, fact-based content on complex topics, including B2B and technology.
• Experience creating content strategies and content plans.
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel and how content supports awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Familiarity with content and SEO analytics (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar).
• Strong editing skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools for research and drafting while keeping high editorial quality and originality.
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in B2B, IT, or SaaS.
• E-commerce experience.
• Experience with tools like Surfer SEO, Clearscope, or Frase.
• Basic knowledge of schema markup and technical SEO.
• Experience writing short-form video scripts (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Email marketing experience.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
• Experience working with international brands or markets.
