Intern/Executive 1, Fixed Assets Valuation, Deal Advisory

We are looking for a motivated Intern/Executive 1 to join our Fixed Asset Valuation, Deal Advisory team. This role focuses on supporting valuation projects related to tangible assets across various industries for different business purposes. The Intern/Executive 1 will contribute to financial and market analysis, assist in building valuation models, and support the preparation of client deliverables, working closely with project teams throughout different stages of advisory engagements.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Participate in different stages of Advisory projects related to tangible (fixed) assets valuation for various purposes.
• Conduct equipment primary and secondary market research and market analysis;
• Prepare various types of tangible assets valuation models.
• Communicate with management and personnel of client and target companies, including during site visits.
• Support report writing and review processes to ensure accuracy and clarity of deliverables.
• Assist in the preparation of client deliverables.

You're the perfect fit for this role, if you:

• Are a graduate or final-year student with a degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Have knowledge of fixed asset valuation methodologies and approaches (will be an advantage).
• Possess strong analytical skills, including numeracy, the ability to structure large amounts of data and conduct research.
• Have advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Demonstrate a strong level of English proficiency.
• Are ready to travel.
