Marketing assistant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and support marketing campaign operations and digital tools. It is the international company engaged in the distribution of tobacco products across Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch marketing campaigns in bots, including campaign mechanics, functionality, and participation rules.

• Translate marketing requirements into technical configurations in collaboration with Trade and Consumer Marketing teams.

• Test new features and updates before campaign launches.

• Prepare and publish campaign announcements across bots and related channels.

• Monitor the performance of Field Force, Partner, and Consumer bots, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues.

• Prepare technical specifications for developers and coordinate complex issues with the IT team.

• Support users, liaise with field teams, and prepare reports on bot performance and user activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.

Will Be an Advantage

• Experience with Telegram bots, admin panels, or no-code tools.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Figma.

• Experience in marketing, sales, or user support.
