Marketing Manager / Маркетинг Менеджер

Delta Global Solutions, an international logistics company, is looking for a versatile Marketing Manager to manage our marketing strategy and grow our brand.

What You'll Do:

• Promote our brand and services to various audiences across multiple channels

• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

• Research and analyze market trends and competitors

• Collaborate with Sales and Management on marketing programs, strategies, budgets

• Drive increased brand awareness and profitability

• Manage our website, blog, social media and marketing platform accounts

• Manage SEO, Google Ads, data analytics

• Manage internal and external corporate communications, including PR

• Report to Management on the progress of marketing activities and campaigns

• Write and deliver content across all marketing channels, including website and social media, corporate presentations and product brochures

• Carrying out oral and written instructions assigned by senior management.

Who We're Looking For:

• At least one year of performance marketing experience.

• Fluent in Russian and English, Uzbek is a plus

• Proficient with Google Workspace or equivalent software

• Proficiency in digital marketing automation & CRM software

• Design skills, proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Canva, Google Slides, etc.

• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

• Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
