Senior Leasing Industry Consultant

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Leasing Industry Consultant to improve the business performance, profitability, operational efficiency and risk management of one of our managed assets.
The role combines strategic advisory with hands-on implementation, working directly with management and operational teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess business performance, market position and operating model; develop and implement an improvement strategy with clear KPIs.
• Strengthen credit risk management, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, collections and NPL recovery.
• Optimize leasing processes, improve cost efficiency and implement automation and digital solutions.
• Improve profitability, pricing, liquidity and funding structures.
• Support relationships with international financial institutions (IFIs), including funding proposals, due diligence and reporting.
• Lead implementation of agreed initiatives, monitor results and ensure sustainable improvements.

Requirements
• 15+ years of experience in financial services, including substantial experience in leasing.
• 5+ years in C-level executive roles (CEO, CFO, COO, CRO or equivalent) at a leading leasing company.
• Proven experience in business transformation, operational improvement and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing operations, credit risk, portfolio management, collections and funding.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation and process automation.
• Experience working with IFIs or institutional funding partners.
• Fluent English, including professional reporting and communication with international stakeholders.
• CIS region experience is an advantage.
