About Us

DRENIX BUSINESS is a growing international logistics company specializing in U.S. trucking operations. We are looking for a qualified International Lawyer / Legal Counsel to manage legal documentation, review international agreements, and protect the company's legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial agreements.

• Provide legal support for U.S. trucking and logistics operations.

• Review contracts with U.S. carriers, brokers, clients, and business partners.

• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

• Handle legal correspondence, contractual disputes, and claims.

• Advise management on international business and corporate legal matters.

• Review employment contracts, internal policies, and corporate documentation.

• Coordinate with external U.S. legal counsel when necessary.

• Support contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

• Maintain accurate legal records and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional legal experience.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 preferred).

• Strong knowledge of international commercial and contract law.

• Good understanding of Uzbekistan's corporate and labor legislation.

• Familiarity with U.S. commercial law and business practices.

• Experience drafting and reviewing English-language contracts.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and professional responsibility.

• Experience in international logistics or transportation is an advantage.
