Inspector

Position Objective
Conduct independent inspections, investigate violations, and ensure compliance across the system.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspection & Compliance Checks

• Perform periodic and ad-hoc inspections across operational units

• Identify violations of internal procedures and policies

• Prepare official inspection reports and documentation

2. Investigation & Violation Handling

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA)

• Coordinate with relevant departments to verify incidents

• Propose corrective and preventive actions

3. Reporting & Coordination

• Report inspection results directly to management

• Work with Operations / HR / Legal in handling violations

Requirements

• 3–6 years in inspection, compliance, QA, or safety/law enforcement roles

• Strong analytical and investigation capability

• Advanced written English proficiency, with the ability to prepare clear, structured investigation reports.
