MW Technical Expert (Microwave)

FE LLC ZTE Investment is recruiting for a new telecommunications project in Uzbekistan. This role will lead microwave transport reviews, complex troubleshooting and network performance improvement.

Responsibilities
• Review microwave designs, capacity requirements and transport architecture for technical feasibility.
• Assess link budgets, path profiles, frequency plans and protection arrangements against specifications.
• Guide commissioning and integration with the IP transport network and verify configuration consistency.
• Diagnose complex radio, synchronization and packet-transport faults and coordinate product escalation.
• Analyze received signal, modulation, availability and throughput evidence and recommend corrective actions.
• Support link upgrades and technical changes with validation and rollback procedures.
• Lead customer technical reviews and acceptance issue resolution and prepare engineering reports.
• Train transport and field engineers and document recurring faults and implementation lessons.

Requirements
• Strong microwave planning, commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of link budgets, adaptive modulation, protection, frequency planning and Ethernet/IP transport.
• Ability to interpret link-performance and configuration data; ZTE microwave experience is an advantage.
• Professional working English; Russian or Uzbek communication skills are an advantage.
• A proactive approach, clear communication and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams.

Working conditions
• Full-time, on-site work based in Tashkent, Aybek Street 14.
• 5/2 schedule, 8 hours per day.
