Hello!

We are looking for an Affiliate/Influencer Marketing Lead to develop our affiliate and influencer marketing efforts around our Multilogin product.

Multilogin creates digital avatars—browser and mobile profiles with unique digital fingerprints, location, and parameters that look like individual devices. They allow you to manage dozens of accounts on social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms, creating distinct digital identities for people, companies, and AI agents. Multilogin creates avatars for everyone. And for everything.

Opening hours: office, 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (Moscow time)

What you will be doing:

Развитие партнёрского направления и стратегия роста

Формировать стратегию развития партнёрского маркетинга и работы с инфлюенсерами с учётом целей бизнеса. Определять целевые категории партнёров, приоритетные каналы продвижения, форматы сотрудничества и перспективные рынки.

Привлечение и расширение партнёрской сети

Самостоятельно находить, привлекать и подключать ключевых партнёров и инфлюенсеров. Тестировать новые источники привлечения и модели сотрудничества, развивать действующую сеть и повышать вовлечённость партнёров.

Управление результатами и оптимизация

Отслеживать результаты работы партнёров, качество привлекаемого трафика и экономическую эффективность выплат. Оптимизировать условия сотрудничества и работать над повышением конверсии, ценности клиента (LTV) и возврата инвестиций (ROI).

Аналитика и отчётность

Вести регулярную отчётность по партнёрскому направлению, анализировать ключевые показатели, выявлять точки роста и предлагать решения для повышения эффективности.

Развитие отношений с партнёрами и их удержание

Выстраивать долгосрочные отношения с ключевыми партнёрами, поддерживать регулярную коммуникацию, развивать успешные сотрудничества и обеспечивать стабильный рост партнёрской сети.

What we expect:

2+ years of experience as an Affiliate/Influencer/Partnership Manager or Lead
Proven experience in growing affiliate or influencer marketing
Understanding performance metrics, traffic quality, and affiliate program economics
Excellent communication skills and confident English (primary communication with partners is in English)
