Pre-Commissioning System Completions Coordinator / Координатор по завершению пусконаладочных работ

Обязанности:

• Oversee and coordinate the transition from construction to commissioning to final
  handover.
• Develop and implement system completion plans, checklists, and procedures.
• Ensure that mechanical completion (MC), pre-commissioning (PC), and commissioning (C) milestones are achieved per project schedule.
• Work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth handover of systems.
• Track and manage system completion progress using Completions Management
  Systems (CMS).
• Coordinate walkdowns and inspections with stakeholders to validate system readiness.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies and conduct risk assessments.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience in system completions, pre-commissioning, and commissioning, preferably in industries such as oil & gas, power plants, petrochemicals, or infrastructure projects.
• At least 8 years of experience in mining, metallurgy, or heavy industrial projects.
• English (verbal & written) – Upper-Intermediate level with an ability to conduct business correspondence in English + verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Completion (MC), Pre- Commissioning (PC), and Commissioning (C) processes.
• Expertise in system breakdown structures (SBS), work package preparation, and punch list management.
• Knowledge of P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), electrical one-line diagrams, and control system schematics.
• Experience using completions management systems (CMS).
• Strong knowledge of testing and verification procedures for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Understanding of Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and safety procedures during system completions.
• Proficiency in compiling turnover dossiers, as-built documentation, and system handover certificates.
• Willingness to work on-site at remote plant locations.
• Experience working in multinational projects or across various regulatory environments.

• Rotational work schedule: 42 days on / 42 days off;
