Independent Sales Representative

• Introduce Dzintars to pharmacies, drugstores, beauty retailers and distributors in Kazakhstan
• Use your existing contacts to open buyer conversations and follow opportunities through to orders
• Present the brand and product range using approved Dzintars sales materials
• Share market feedback on customers, competitors, pricing and opportunities

• Sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, pharmacy or related FMCG
• Existing relationships with retail, pharmacy or distributor buyers in Kazakhstan, or a proven own customer base
• A track record of securing new customers or developing brands in your territory
• Ability to work as an independent entrepreneur (e.g. ИП) or through your own company
• Fluent Russian; Kazakh and English are a plus
• Other complementary, non-competing brands in your portfolio are welcome

• Commission on the sales you generate, paid after customer payment, with recurring commission on repeat orders from the accounts you open
• Product and brand training
• Sales presentations, product information and marketing materials
• Samples and commercial support for qualified opportunities
• Direct support from our export team in Riga
