Junior IT Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. If you are interested in IT, enjoy communicating with people, and want to grow in full-cycle recruitment, we would be happy to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT vacancies;
- Search for IT candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels;
- Screen CVs and assess candidates against vacancy requirements;
- Conduct initial HR interviews and screening calls;
- Present relevant candidates to hiring managers or clients;
- Coordinate candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process;
- Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates;
- Support offer management and candidate follow-up;
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment activity in CRM;
- Stay updated on IT roles, technologies, and recruitment market trends.

Requirements
- At least 3 months of hands-on experience in sourcing or recruitment;
- Experience with the full recruitment cycle;
- English at B2 level or higher;
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies;
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search;
- Good communication, interviewing, and research skills;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn and develop in IT recruitment.
