Senior Analyst / Junior Associate

Responsibilities:

• Support all stages of the investment process, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and portfolio management.

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and build detailed financial models, including sensitivity analyses, to assess potential investments.

• Coordinate commercial, financial, and legal due diligence processes.

• Manage the preparation of transaction documentation, including investment memo for the Investment Committee.

• Support the investment team in portfolio monitoring and management, including the development of value creation plans, leading strategic initiatives, and analyzing financial and operational performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; CFA certification is a plus.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or In-House M&A and Corporate Development.

• Proactive mindset, strong work ethic, and a high level of professional maturity.

• Solid expertise in financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies.

• Fluent English.
