Telegram Ads Specialist

We are looking for a Telegram Ads Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and deep understanding of the Telegram ecosystem. In this role, you will lead advertising campaigns across Telegram — owning the full cycle from launch and competitor analysis to optimization and client reporting.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance analytical skills with creative problem-solving, and is ready to take real ownership of campaign results. You will work closely with internal teams, influence growth opportunities, and help scale campaigns through data-driven decisions and strategic thinking.

Your mission is to build highly effective advertising strategies within Telegram, drive sustainable campaign performance, and ensure every launch delivers measurable results.

Your impact:

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns within the Telegram Ads network

• Monitor campaign statistics and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize efficiency

• Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market trends and strategic advantages

• Generate detailed and transparent performance reports for clients

What you bring:

• Excellent knowledge of the Telegram ecosystem, including a deep understanding of how paid and organic channels and groups operate

• Proven hands-on experience working directly with the Telegram Ads platform

• Demonstrated ability to analyze competitor channels and extract actionable insights using ad monitoring tools (such as TGMaps, telegramads, Telegium, or Telemetrio)

• Experience with Telegram channel discovery and analytics platforms (including TGStat, Telemetr, Telepars, Channel Base, and geo-checker)

• Proficiency with performance tracking and attribution tools, specifically Chatterfy, Keitaro, and Google Analytics

• Strong practical skills in standard productivity tools: Excel, Google Sheets, and Word
