Foreign trade and supply manager

The company specializes in the distribution of motor oils and automotive tires. Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for a responsible and proactive Foreign trade and supply specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Full management and support of import and export transactions;

• Negotiating with foreign suppliers and partners;

• Agreeing on delivery terms (Incoterms), prices, timelines, and payment terms;

• Preparation and coordination of foreign trade contracts;

• Preparation of documentation required for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, contracts, certificates of origin, ST-1 certificates, certificates of conformity, etc.);

• Cooperation with customs brokers and logistics companies;

• Monitoring the accuracy of HS/TN FEA codes and calculation of customs duties and fees;

• Monitoring customs clearance timelines;

• Organizing international transportation (road, rail, sea);

• Monitoring shipment and cargo movement from the supplier to the warehouse;

• Cooperation with transportation and insurance companies;

• Monitoring delivery deadlines and minimizing logistics risks;

• Monitoring foreign currency payments and cooperation with banks;

• Preparation of documents for currency control;

• Monitoring accounts receivable and payable under foreign trade contracts;

• Optimizing logistics costs and customs-related expenses;

• Analyzing purchase prices and supply terms;

• Monitoring the international market for motor oils and lubricants;

• Planning purchase volumes based on sales forecasts and warehouse stock levels;

• Preparing reports for management;

• Monitoring the availability of mandatory certificates of conformity and quality certificates;

• Working with brands and official distributors;

• Monitoring product shelf life and storage conditions;

• Ensuring compliance of product labeling with applicable legislation.

Requirements:

• Honesty, responsibility, stress tolerance, result-oriented mindset, and initiative;

• Ability to complete assigned tasks on time;

• Higher education in Logistics, Economics, or a related field;

• At least 3–5 years of experience in foreign economic activity (FEA), preferably in a distribution company;

• Excellent knowledge of the customs and foreign exchange legislation of Uzbekistan;

• Strong negotiation and contract preparation skills;

• Experience working with transportation and logistics companies;

• Ability to work with ERP systems, 1C, or similar software;

• Fluency in Uzbek, English, and Russian;

• Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: 6/1

• Monday–Saturday: 09:00–18:00
