Head of Security / Директор по безопасности (Corporate Security)

The Role

The Head of Security will take full ownership of physical security, access control and loss prevention across the company's several manufacturing sites. This is the single point of accountability for security risk, regulatory compliance and law enforcement relations, acting as a trusted advisor to the General Director and an equal partner to Site Management, reporting directly to the General Director.

• Own and continuously improve the security infrastructure (CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, physical barriers and guard deployment) across both sites.
• Conduct regular risk assessments covering physical, operational and information security dimensions, and translate findings into cost-effective roadmaps.
• Manage the consolidated security budget (CapEx and OpEx), including private security contracts, system maintenance and equipment upgrades.
• Provide the General Director with regular security reporting, risk forecasts and investment proposals.
• Direct and hold accountable the private security companies guarding both sites, enforcing strict SLAs.
• Implement and enforce a unified access control regime for employees, visitors, contractors and vehicles across all sites.
• Act as the physical security counterpart to the IT/Information Security function, ensuring security systems are protected against cyber threats, and lead joint investigations when physical and digital security intersect.
• Lead the internal security administrator and coordinate external guard forces, setting performance standards and conducting spot checks.
• Serve as the company's primary point of contact with law enforcement, prosecutors and regulatory bodies, and represent the company during official inspections.
• Oversee background checks, vetting and internal investigations into theft, fraud, policy violations and security breaches.
• Ensure full compliance with Russian security legislation and internal corporate policy across both sites.

The Candidate

• Higher education (Law, Security Engineering, Military Academy or Information Security preferred); additional certification in data protection or cybersecurity is a strong advantage.
• 6+ years in physical security, law enforcement or military service, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing multiple sites and external service providers.
• Experience coordinating with IT/cybersecurity functions or managing security systems with data protection requirements; manufacturing or industrial background preferred.
• Deep expertise in CCTV and access control systems and security system integration.
• Understanding of Russian data protection legislation as it applies to security operations.
• Strong analytical, financial planning and vendor management skills.
• English intermediate (can technical document read and report in English)
