Senior Data Analyst in Technology group

Key responsibilities:

· Communication with clients to identify business requirements for data solutions

· Development of data requirements (dashboards design and modeling requirements, on-line / off-line analytics, structured / semi-structured / not structured data, user data access restrictions, data marts, entities, attributes, ER-diagrams, data quality checks, master data, etc.)

· Identification of data sources, description of data sources characteristics, development of source-to-target (S2T) description / data linage

· Assisting architects in developing solution architecture, data architecture and data model

· Assisting architects in finding best-fit solutions for corporate data solution components

· Assisting project / product manager in development of project / release plans / backlogs, staffing, data migration planning, testing strategy, project / product status control, etc.

· Development of test-cases and / or testing scenarios

· Development of data solution documentation and user manuals

· Organization of trainings for users and administrators

· Organization of data solution testing, including user acceptance testing

· Assisting project / product manager in transition of project / product to support team

· Assisting consultants in development and implementation of data governance policies and processes

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s / Specialist’s degree in technical sciences or business / economy / finance / project management with orientation on IT or additional courses / practice in IT

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian

· Strong analytical skills

· Knowledge of data solution lifecycle and key documents

· Knowledge of SQL

· 3+ years of experience in data solutions development and / or support in a role of analyst, architect, project manager / product owner or similar

· 1+ year of experience in banking or financial sector companies

· Certification in business analysis, data engineering, project management is a plus

· Experience in database administration, ETL development and BI solution configuration is a plus
