We are looking for Interns to join our Project Finance & Infrastructure (PFI) team within the Strategy and Transactions department in Tashkent.

Our PFI team provides advisory services in project and corporate finance and supports the preparation and implementation of investment and infrastructure projects. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in financial analysis, investment advisory, and project finance who would like to gain hands-on experience working on complex and impactful engagements.

Reponsibilitiess

• Assist in the preparation of tender documentation, investment agreements, presentations, analytical materials, and other project deliverables;
• Collect, structure, and analyze financial, economic, and market information;
• Support the team in delivering corporate and project finance engagements;
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients;
• Contribute to business development activities and the promotion of the team’s services;
• Prepare internal project documentation and provide administrative support when required;
• Collaborate with project team members and assist with day-to-day project tasks.

Requirements

• A university degree or current final-year studies in Finance, Corporate Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Strong interest in corporate finance, project finance, investments, and infrastructure projects;
• Good command of both English and Russian, including written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to collect, structure, and work with large amounts of information;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to take on new challenges;
• Strong motivation for continuous personal and professional development.

Qualifications That Will Be an Advantage

• Preparation for the CFA and/or CP3P examinations;
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities, including student organizations, case competitions, volunteering, or research projects;
• Previous internship or work experience involving financial or analytical tasks;
• Up to one or two years of experience in finance, data analytics, management, or business analysis;
• Experience in preparing analytical reports, structured presentations, or financial materials.
