Salary: $500–$800 base + commission on every approved sale

Working hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Tashkent time)

About the Position

We’re looking for confident, ambitious salespeople to join StellaCore’s US telecommunications sales campaign.

This is a cold-calling position. You’ll be reaching out to American businesses, identifying their needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals.

We’re not looking for someone who simply speaks good English. We need people who can hold a conversation, think on their feet, and sell.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Making outbound sales calls to businesses across the United States.
• Introducing business internet and telecommunications solutions.
• Identifying customer needs and qualifying opportunities.
• Handling objections and confidently working toward a sale.
• Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM.
• Working toward individual and team sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• English C1 or higher preferred.
• Clear pronunciation and excellent conversational skills.
• Confidence and comfort with cold calling.
• Resilience: You must be comfortable hearing “no” repeatedly without losing motivation.
• Strong persuasion, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve.
• Full availability for the 8 PM – 5 AM shift.

Previous US sales or cold-calling experience is an advantage, but we value actual ability over impressive-looking CVs.
