SMM / Content Specialist

Andersen is hiring an SMM / Content Specialist to develop social media strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing social media strategies for different brands and projects.
• Creating monthly and weekly content plans.
• Writing social media content, captions, posts, scripts, stories, and short-form video concepts.
• Adapting content and tone of voice to different brands and target audiences.
• Generating creative content ideas, formats, recurring content series, and campaigns.
• Creating briefs for designers, video editors, photographers, and other creative team members.
• Managing social media channels and ensuring consistent publishing.
• Creating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Developing ideas and scripts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and other short-form video formats.
• Monitoring social media performance and analyzing engagement, reach, audience growth, traffic, and conversions.
• Identifying high-performing content and using insights to improve future content.
• Monitoring trends, competitors, and relevant social media formats.
• Supporting community management and brand communication.
• Participating in campaign ideation and creative brainstorming.
• Working closely with performance marketing, design, and marketing teams.

Must-haves:

• Proven SMM experience with successful case studies for 3+ years.
• Strong portfolio with examples of social media accounts, campaigns, or content created by the candidate.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable results from previous projects.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to independently write high-quality social media content.
• Experience creating content strategies and content plans.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and current social media formats.
• Good understanding of Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts, and short-form video content.
• Ability to generate creative content ideas independently.
• Understanding of social media analytics and key performance metrics.
• Ability to adapt tone of voice for different brands and audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and good visual awareness.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• eCommerce experience.
• Experience with UGC and influencer marketing.
• Ability to shoot or edit basic short-form video content.
• Experience with CapCut, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience working with international brands or markets.
• Experience using AI tools for content research, ideation, and production while maintaining strong editorial quality.
