MIGx interdisciplinary teams from Switzerland, Spain and Georgia have been taking care of projects in the fields of M&A, Integration, Application, Data Platforms, Processes, IT management, Digital transformation, Managed services and compliance.

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our Enterprise IT team. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in enterprise environments and is confident managing Microsoft-based infrastructure and cloud solutions.

This role is for someone with proven, hands-on experience in maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and improving existing setups. You’ll work across systems, cloud platforms, and security to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise IT systems, Microsoft 365 services, and end-user environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and endpoint management solutions.
• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and user support.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of IT service management (incident, change, and request processes).
• English level: B2 or higher, with strong written and spoken communication for international teamwork.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
• Hands-on experience with backup and recovery solutions, especially Veeam.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, MS-900, AZ-104, MD-102) are a plus.
