Our client, production company, is looking for Senior Specialist in Raw Material Planning (location - Istra, Moscow Region):

Responsibilities:

• Place orders to suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained so production remains uninterrupted
• Operation process standardization, revision and description
• Track open orders status with suppliers and communicate with logistics department on Raw Materials and Packaging delivery
• Constant review and define optimal safety stock levels for Raw Materials and Packaging, review and update masterdata (MOQ’s, d Lead Time) to be able to order based on system suggestions
• Report on inventory levels vs target to Supply Chain Manager, update inventory projections for given scope of Raw Materials and Packaging
• Generate and review daily ‘Inventory and requirement’ reports from ERP, highlight projected stock shortfalls, define and perform action plan to mitigate risks
• Work with suppliers resolve stock shortages and return stocks to healthy levels. Escalating supplier issues to Supply Chain Manager and procurement team
• Work in ERP system to extract relevant inventory, raw materials requirements, open purchase orders data for further analysis and decision making
• Work with technical teams to develop action plans for slow moving stocks to reduce stock write-offs
• Work closely with production scheduler, supply planner, regulatory team on different matters
• Receive on-line training materials and sessions from training team

Experience:

• Higher degree (preferably technical/finance/economy background)
• Supply chain (production/raw material planning) experience at least 3 years
• Excellent Microsoft Excel in Pivots and formulas are essential for this role
• ERP (1С) knowledge
• Understanding of local legal requirements in import logistics and certification / compliance areas
• Import experience
• Knowledge and experience of maintaining optimal stock levels with limited shelf-life
