Responsibilities:
- Organization and coordination of project logistics and transportation operations.
- Organization of heavy haul, oversized, and special cargo transportation.\
- Planning transportation routes considering restrictions, permits, and project requirements.
- Coordination of vehicles, drivers, accompanying services, and other resources.
- Monitoring transportation schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo.
- Arranging required permits and transportation documentation.
- Coordination of international and domestic transportation activities.
- Prompt resolution of issues and non-standard situations arising during transportation.
- Monitoring downtime, delays, additional costs, and compliance with budget requirements.
- Coordinating the work of the operations team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preparing operational reports and analyzing transportation performance and efficiency.
- 5 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
- Experience in organizing heavy haul and oversized cargo transportation.
- Experience in managing an operations team.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of international and domestic transportation processes.
- Experience with route planning, permits, accompanying services, and transport documentation.
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Work schedule 5/2,
