Business Analyst Senior (Insurance Domain)

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services in Insurance industry

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience as an analyst

• Experience in Insurance domain

• Hands‑on experience with modern AI‑assisted tools, acquired through direct practical use

• Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project

• Experience in designing interfaces

• Experience in gathering and documentation requirements

• Knowledge of the principles and methodologies of Waterfall and Agile

• Experience with direct customer communication, presenting and justification of technical decisions

• Usage of UML, BPMN

• Understanding UX competencies

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

It would be a plus to have:

• Agile Methodology certification

• Insurance certifications

• Business analysis certification
