Backend Engineer — Node.js

About the role
We build the service that reads data from hardware in the field and controls it. You'll work on the middleware that keeps devices connected reliably.

Requirements
- JavaScript / Node.js, confident with async code
- HTTP / HTTPS and network fundamentals
- Databases (SQL / NoSQL)
- Good understanding of data at the bit and byte level
- Solid logical thinking and a systematic approach to debugging — this matters more to us than years of experience

Languages
- English — B2 or higher: able to communicate and read technical documentation
- Russian — able to read technical manuals and documentation

Schedule
On-site only. 6/1 — six working days per week, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Trial period
The role starts with a 1–3 month trial period focused on learning, after which we decide on permanent employment. Salary during the trial period is $300 per month. After successfully completing it, the salary starts from $500 and is agreed individually.​​​​​​​
