International Goldstars School is looking for a Chess Teacher to join our international school team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct chess lessons in English;

• Teach students chess rules, tactics, strategies, and techniques;

• Develop students’ logical thinking, concentration, and problem-solving skills;

• Adapt lessons to different ages and skill levels;

• Organize practical games, activities, and chess tournaments;

• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback;

• Prepare students for school and external chess competitions.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and strong playing skills in chess;

• Previous experience teaching chess to children;

• Fluent English sufficient for conducting lessons and communicating with students;

• Ability to explain chess concepts clearly and engagingly in English;

• Strong communication and classroom-management skills;

• Patient, responsible, and positive attitude toward children;

• Chess coaching certification or pedagogical background is an advantage;

• Experience preparing students for competitions is a plus.
