For over 80 years, the Italian premium brand Boggi Milano has been creating contemporary collections of men's clothing and accessories in business and casual styles.

BOGGI Milano operates 24 own stores in RF, e-commerce, marketplaces and wholesale.

We are opening a vacancy for the position of Chief Accountant.

Accounting and Tax Accounting:

• Organization and control of accounting and tax accounting, taking into account retail specifics (FSBU 25, daily store revenue accounting (online + offline), control over returns, discounts, loyalty programs, etc.);

• Control over the accuracy of inventory movement;

• Coordination of the monthly closing procedure;

• Preparation and control of tax reporting submissions (VAT, profit tax, property tax, transfer pricing, etc.);

• Interaction with tax authorities, support during audits;

• Coordination of audit inspections;

• Analysis of tax risks, participation in tax planning and optimization within the framework of legislation;

• Control over the accuracy and completeness of transaction accounting, period closing.

Management Reporting and Analytics Support:

• Participation in the preparation of management reporting;

• Assistance in building a transparent management accounting system.

Process Efficiency Improvement and Development:

• Analysis of current accounting processes, identification of weaknesses;

• Optimization and standardization of accounting and reporting procedures;

• Participation in the implementation and refinement of accounting systems (1C and related tools);

• Improvement of data quality and accounting controllability.

Team Management:

• Coordination of the accounting department's work, task assignment, and progress control;

• Employee development, fostering a calm and productive team atmosphere;

• Effective interaction with the Financial Director, internal departments, auditors, banks, and external consultants.

Requirements:

• Education and qualifications: Higher financial/economic education.

• Work experience: 3–5 years in a leadership role (Chief Accountant) in an international company (retail, FMCG, manufacturing).

• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of tax law. Understanding of retail processes, FSBU 25.

• Technical skills: Advanced user of ERP systems (1C for local accounting). Proficient in Excel.

• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher — mandatory.

• Office in a Class A business center in the center of Moscow — Smolenskaya metro station;

• Fixed salary (to be discussed) + Annual Bonus ;
