About the Company:

Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). We provide ambulatory transportation for people to doctor's appointments and back to home.
SKY Transportation started in 2013 in Waterbury, CT. Over the past years we’ve grown both naturally and through the acquisition of other companies, and today we dispatch over 250 vehicles in multiple states.
We are contracted with multiple brokers and agencies across numerous states, and through our experiences, we understand the obstacles that are being faced. Our focus is to assist companies to overcome these hurdles while continuing to maintain a high quality of customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

Dispatch Associate is an entry-level position within our Dispatch Department and a starting point for a career in transportation operations.

In this role, you will learn how daily dispatch operations work, communicate with drivers, monitor trips, work with internal systems, and assist the Dispatch team with day-to-day operational tasks.

This position is designed for candidates who want to grow in operations. Employees who learn quickly, demonstrate strong performance, take responsibility, and show readiness for more complex tasks may progress to Junior Dispatcher and higher-level operational positions.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor active trips and driver locations.
• Communicate with drivers regarding daily operational matters.
• Update trip statuses and notes in internal systems.
• Assist with delays, cancellations, no-shows, schedule changes, and other basic operational situations.
• Follow internal procedures and instructions.
• Escalate complex or unusual situations to more experienced team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
• Learn company systems, dispatch procedures, and broker requirements.
• Support the Dispatch team with assigned operational tasks.

Job Conditions:

• Salary 5,700,000 UZS
• Full training provided by in-office staff.
• In-office position, location: Tashkent, Mirobod District, Ferghana Yuli, 222/12.
• Career growth- based on performance, skills, responsibility, and readiness for a higher level.
• Working Hours & Schedule:
  We operate on a 5/2 schedule (Monday through Friday) aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (ET).
  • Day Shift: 14:00-23:00 (adjusted to 15:00-00:00 between November and March U.S. winter time).
