AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our team and work on enterprise AI solutions involving Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, RAG, and Microsoft Azure.

What you’ll be working with:
• Python & SQL
• Azure
• LLM, RAG, embeddings & semantic search
• LangChain, Hugging Face, MLflow
• FastAPI, Docker, Git & CI/CD
• AI/ML deployment, monitoring and MLOps

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and support AI-powered applications and solutions
• Build and optimize LLM/RAG-based applications
• Improve AI response quality, retrieval accuracy and knowledge-base performance
• Investigate and resolve AI-related technical issues
• Perform data analysis, cleansing and validation using Python and SQL
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and APIs
• Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI solutions

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
• Practical experience with RAG, embeddings and semantic search
• Experience with Azure AI/ML services, preferably Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search
• Understanding of MLOps and production AI environments
• Good communication and analytical skills
• English — B2 or higher

Experience in enterprise, industrial, oil & gas, or energy environments will be considered an advantage.
