We are looking for an HR Intern in Astana to help us work with personnel files:

• Participate in personnel files audit (est. 650 employees);

• Help with updating employee files (est. 120 employees);

• Job description audit, creating a job description data bank;

• Analyse employee survey results;
• Help with archiving.

What would help you succeed with us?

• Quick wit and passion to learn.
• Communication skills.
• Diligence and accuracy
• We only consider junior and senior year undergraduate students. You must be available for a full day (8 to 17) at least three days a week.
• Duration: 4-5 weeks
