KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collect and analyse project planning, cost, progress, payment, and financial data.
- Coordinate with Planning, Cost Control, Finance, Contractors, and Consultants.
- Integrate project schedules, budgets, costs, and payment forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain project cash-flow and expenditure forecasts.
- Monitor budgets, actual costs, commitments, payments, and forecast final costs.
- Identify cost, schedule, and cash-flow variances and related risks.
- Prepare monthly forecasts, dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
- Support project budgeting, cost control, Earned Value Management, and funding planning.
- Review contractor cash-flow forecasts, payment requirements, and IPCs.
- Support analysis of variations, delays, claims, and other project-control matters.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, quantity surveying, financial analysis, or construction project management.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, airport, or other large-scale projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction schedules, progress measurement, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
- Knowledge of cost-loaded schedules, payment certificates, variations, commitments, contractor programmes, and FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
