We are currently seeking a civil engineer to lead our project implementation efforts.

WE LOOK FOR YOUR:
• Higher education in construction;
• Understanding of engineering solutions;
• Planning skills;
• Ability to estimate budgets and scope of work;
• Communication skills;
• Driver's license;
• B1-B2 English proficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing the scope of work before starting the project;
• Developing a roadmap and approving it with the foreman and lead designer;
• Approving estimates, overseeing material procurement;
• Overseeing construction permits;
• Monitoring project deadlines and maintaining records;
• Verifying engineering solutions on-site;
• Quality control of completed work;
• Maintaining order on the construction site;
• Interviewing foremen.

• Salary: AED 13,000 + KPIs
