Бизнес Аналитик (Pre-Sales Business Analyst)

We are looking for a Presale Business Analyst with strong FinTech expertise to support discovery and presale activities.
The primary focus is on Wealth Management and investment products. Experience with Payment Platforms is also relevant.

Responsibilities

• Participate in presale and discovery activities for prospective FinTech clients.
• Analyze business needs, clarify requirements, and identify key product and domain challenges.
• Support the preparation of solution proposals, project scope, estimates, WBS, presentations, and other presale materials.
• Translate business needs into a clear and commercially viable product or technical solution.
• Present and defend proposed solutions during client calls.
• Provide domain expertise to Delivery and Sales teams.
• Help the team identify the right focus areas and value proposition for each opportunity.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and preparation of presale artifacts.
• Potentially support short-term discovery or consulting engagements after the presale stage.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Discovery, or Business Consulting.
• At least 1 year of hands-on, independent participation in presales.
• Practical experience in one or both of the following domains:
• Wealth Management, Investment Management, Portfolio Management, Private Banking, or Family Office solutions;
• Payment Platforms, Payment Gateways, Payment Processors, or Payment Providers.
• Experience with B2B FinTech products.
• Background in custom software development, IT services, outsourcing, or consulting.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients, lead discovery sessions, present ideas, and defend proposed solutions.
• Understanding of the commercial side of presales: the solution should be both feasible and sellable.
• Proactive approach and ability to work with limited initial input.
• Openness to using AI tools in daily work.
• English level: confident Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience working with investment platforms, financial advisors, asset allocation, portfolio reporting, or investor onboarding.
• Experience supporting Sales and Delivery teams across multiple opportunities.
• Ability to join short-term discovery or consulting projects when needed.
