Sales representative

We are seeking a Sales Representative (B2C) for our partner at a US-based company specializing in digital crime investigation, online reputation protection, and cyberthreat mitigation.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming and outgoing calls to potential clients.
Conducting high-volume telesales and follow-up communications.
Presenting the company's services to clients.
Building trust and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
Managing leads and opportunities in a CRM system.
Consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance indicators.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience.
B2C (business-to-consumer) sales experience is required.
Experience selling services to clients in the US or other English-speaking countries.
Ability to handle more than 50 calls per day.
Excellent English proficiency (oral and written).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
A stable employment history with a proven track record of success in previous positions.

Working Conditions:

100% remote work from anywhere in the world.
Full-time: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, including a one-hour lunch break.
