We are seeking a caring and energetic Assistant Teacher to join our classroom, supporting children ages 2–3, 5-6. The level nurtures emerging skills through nature exploration, creative play, storytelling, and Waldorf-inspired daily rhythms in a warm, sensory-rich environment.
Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you will help facilitate daily routines, support individual children during activities and transitions, assist with art and nature projects, and contribute to maintaining a calm, organized classroom. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career educator who wants to grow within an innovative school that values mentorship and professional development.
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (in progress accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 2–5 in a school or childcare setting
- English communication skills sufficient for daily classroom use
- Patience, warmth, and genuine enjoyment of working with young children
- Ability to follow the Lead Teacher’s guidance and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new educational approaches and grow professionally
