Обязанности:

Processing corporate booking requests. Entering data into the electronic booking system. Receiving information via email. Answering calls and sending booking confirmations. Checking room availability.

Требования:

At least one year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, hotel management systems (PMS, e.g., Opera or Fidelio)
Well-groomed appearance; friendly and welcoming demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Friendly, open, and professional attitude; ability to work effectively under high pressure
Ability to multitask;
