Personal Academic Tutor

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and structured Personal Academic Tutor to provide comprehensive educational support for a high school female student. The main objective is to assist with academic coursework, foster time management skills, and ensure steady progress towards exam preparation.

Employment Details:

• Format: In-person (Full-time).

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.

• Compensation: Competitive fixed monthly salary (negotiable based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

• Academic Mentorship: Provide guidance on high school curriculum, review coursework, and assist with daily assignments and projects.

• Study & Time Management: Help establish efficient study schedules, set academic priorities, and prepare systematically for tests and exams.

• Skill Development: Teach essential learning strategies, including note-taking, critical thinking, analytical reading, and independent problem-solving.

• Student Motivation & Support: Foster a supportive, structured environment that encourages self-confidence, academic discipline, and engagement.

• Progress Reporting: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding academic milestones, performance dynamics, and areas for improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a relevant academic domain.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tutor, academic mentor, private teacher, or learning assistant working with high school students.

• Strong ability to establish strong rapport and trust with teenagers while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and emotional intelligence.

• High proficiency in English.
