Services We Provide to Our Clients Include:
- Strategic consulting services, including the development of sustainability strategies and programs, support in establishing governance systems, and the design of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assistance in the development and enhancement of ESG reporting systems and processes, as well as the preparation of company sustainability reports.
- Independent assurance of non-financial reports in accordance with international standards.
- Support in obtaining or improving companies’ ESG ratings.
- Advisory services on climate change matters, including the development of strategies, implementation of relevant control and management tools, and verification of greenhouse gas emissions.
Key Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in a technical or environmental field. Engineering degrees will also be considered, provided candidates have a finance or economics background.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the energy, mining, or oil and gas industries, with an understanding of operational and technological processes in such sectors.
- Practical experience with ESG reporting under one or more international reporting standards.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong document preparation and presentation development skills.
- Critical thinking, broad intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn new things.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Considered an Advantage):
- Previous work experience or internships in a Big Four firm or consulting environment.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of corporate and/or financial reporting.
- Experience working on projects (preferably funded or supported by international financial institutions such as the World Bank, EBRD, ADB, etc.) in areas such as ESG, economic or sector decarbonization, climate policy, or sustainable energy policy.
