Salary: $once a month$ (1200 ye base + bonuses)

Skills & Requirements:

• English proficiency:B2+- С1 or French C1
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a consultative approach
• Persistent, empathetic, and adaptable
• Confidence to take initiative and hit targets
• Strong goal orientation

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Handle inquiries and deliver tailored suggestions on our services
• Lead persuasive negotiations over the phone
• Keep detailed records of calls, customer needs, and outcomes
• Prepare market research and feedback reports for leadership
• Help define and implement best practices in sales
• Opening hours: 5/2 from 7 am to 4 pm (work from the office)
