Описание вакансии

Sales Representative — U.S. Moving Company (Remote, English C1+)

This ad is in English on purpose. Every call you make will be in English, with American customers.

Rise Up Moving is a premium U.S. moving company based in McKinney, Texas, serving Dallas–Fort Worth and the San Francisco Bay Area. We're hiring remote Sales Representatives to work our inbound leads — Americans who have already requested a moving quote. Your job is to turn them into confirmed bookings.

Sales experience is optional. Standards are not. We can teach our sales system; we can't teach ambition, honesty, or work ethic.

Up front: we run on Dallas time, which means permanent night work. Read the schedule below before you apply.

What you'll do

  • Answer new leads fast — our standard is the first call within 60 seconds.
  • Run structured discovery calls and present the right service with confidence.
  • Handle price objections and competitor comparisons. We sell on value, not the lowest price.
  • Follow up by call, text and email until there's a decision. Most bookings don't happen on the first call. (No cold calling of strangers.)
  • Keep the CRM accurate and keep operations updated in Slack.
  • Join the daily huddle, role-plays and call reviews — and apply feedback fast.
  • Sell honestly. Never promise what the company can't deliver.

What we require

  • English C1–C2 or near-native. You understand natural American speech at full speed and speak fluently and spontaneously on the phone. No American accent needed — clarity and confidence are what matter.
  • Real interest in sales. You enjoy people, persuasion, and beating your own numbers. If you just need "any remote job," this isn't it.
  • Coachability. You take direct feedback without defensiveness and show the change on the next call. You follow a proven process before improving it, and you don't blame leads or prices.
  • Honesty. Manipulating CRM data or booking numbers means immediate termination.
  • Discipline. Remote, unsupervised, punctual (60-second grace on huddles), and steady after ten rejections in a row.
  • Long-term intent. We invest heavily in training, so we hire for 2+ years — not a few-month bridge.

Honest preview. This is not easy remote work: high call volume, repetitive follow-up, measured performance, direct feedback, and personal accountability for results. Ambitious people find that energizing. Many people don't.

Schedule

  • Dallas, Texas time (US Central). Daily huddle 8:00–9:00 AM, cameras on, both shifts.
  • Morning shift 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT. Evening shift 4:00–11:00 PM CT, plus the morning huddle.
  • Kazakhstan equivalent: huddle around 6–7 PM; morning shift roughly 7 PM–3 AM; evening shift roughly 2–9 AM (one hour later in winter).
  • These are night hours permanently, not for a trial period.
  • 5/2 — five working days, two days off (days, not hours). Shift assigned by the company.

Compensation

  • Monthly base + commission on completed, collected revenue, set by a seven-tier ladder reviewed monthly. Weekly and monthly performance bonuses on top.
  • Tiers 1–3 are probationary tiers designed to last 30–60 days. Earnings are modest during this period, and continued employment at Rise Up Moving depends on demonstrating the performance required to advance beyond Tier 3.

  • Tier 4 is the minimum target. Before bonuses, minimum $2,600 per month at Tier 4; $4,200 at Tier 5, $6,200 at Tier 6, and five figures at the top tier in a strong month.
  • All figures are base + commission only, before any weekly or monthly bonuses, calculated at each tier's revenue target. They are not guarantees — your number follows your booking percentage and your consistency.
  • The base is conditional on meeting minimum performance standards; commission is paid on completed and collected jobs only.
  • Paid twice a month: an installment on the 2nd–5th and the main portion after mid-month reporting (15th–17th).
  • Reaching and holding Tier 4 is the standard for a long-term career here. Every finalist gets the full compensation agreement and a line-by-line walkthrough before signing anything.

Also

  • Probation and development period: 30–60 days with structured training, scripts, coaching and call reviews.
  • Paid vacation: 7 days, twice per year.
  • You provide: stable high-speed internet, a modern laptop, a quiet professional workspace, working camera and microphone.

Don't apply if your English is "good" but full-speed phone calls are hard; you want guaranteed income regardless of results; night shifts work for you only "for a while"; frequent evaluation feels like pressure; or your next two years are uncertain.

Rise Up Moving LLC is an equal opportunity employer.

How to apply — Phase 1 is a video

A reply in the chat is not an application. This job is done on camera and on the phone, so that's how we screen.

  1. Record a video, up to 2 minutes, in English, camera on, quiet room. One take is fine. Answer: (1) who you are and what you do now; (2) why you want a career in sales; (3) the toughest critical feedback you've ever received and what you actually changed because of it; (4) given the schedule and pay model above, why this role fits you for the next 2+ years.
  2. Upload it as an unlisted link (YouTube, Loom or Google Drive — check that access is open).
  3. Apply directly through the HeadHunter chat. Begin your message with SALES — [Your Name] — [Your City]. Attach your CV and include a 200–300-word cover letter in English explaining: your understanding of the role and why you want it; your English background and any customer-facing experience; your acceptance of the Dallas-time night schedule and performance-based compensation model; and your intention to stay for 2+ years. Finish with your full name, city, and phone number.
  4. Send it within 48 hours. Speed matters in this job, and we notice it in applications too.

Every complete application is reviewed. Phase 2 is a live interview in English with a short sales role-play. Phase 3 is a final working session and the full compensation walkthrough before any offer.
