Full Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a front desk team member at Hotel Manor, who would be responsible for greeting visitors, assisting employees, and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor and employee questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• English and Russian languages are mandatory
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Responsible, organized, and attentive to details
• Ability to work in a team
• Previous hotel or receptionist experience is an advantage

Essential Functions

• Welcome and assist hotel guests
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle reservations and basic administrative tasks
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs
• Coordinate with other hotel departments
• Maintain a professional and friendly environment
• Move materials weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis such as files, books, office equipment, etc. May infrequently require moving materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Work schedule: in one day from 08:00-20:00/20:00-08:00
• All other questions can be asked during the interview.
