Internal Auditor

Key Role:

Participate in conducting internal audits of the Company’s business processes to evaluate the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems, assess compliance with internal policies and regulations, and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent and objective audits of processes, related policies, and internal controls to improve operations and minimize risks, in accordance with the approved work plan of the Internal Audit Department;

• Evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s business practices (policies and internal controls), the reliability of financial reporting, and the processes for loss prevention, fraud investigation, and the protection of company assets;

• Ensure proper documentation of the internal audit function's activities;

• Document identified findings;

• Participate in the preparation of audit reports;

• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to address identified violations;

• Conduct follow-up monitoring of the implementation of recommendations;

• Assess the effectiveness of control procedures;

• Identify risks of fraud, financial loss, and operational inefficiency;

• Assess compliance with the Company’s internal policies and procedures;

• Adhere to business ethics standards and avoid disrespectful behavior toward employees, partners, and internal or external clients;

• Conduct investigations at the request of senior management or the internal audit committee.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Higher education in Economics;

• At least 1 year of experience in finance (audit, controls, risk management, analytics, accounting);

• Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft applications;

• Personal qualities: sense of responsibility, ability to learn quickly, strong communication skills;

• Fluent in Russian;

• English proficiency: Intermediate level or higher.
