Junior Product Specialist Terumo IS for CIS

Position Purpose

The Junior Product Specialist supports the development and growth of Terumo Interventional Systems' product portfolio across the CIS region. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated graduates and early-career professionals to start a career in the international medical device industry.

Working alongside experienced Product Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing professionals, you will develop expertise in innovative medical technologies, support physicians and distributors, participate in educational events, and contribute to business growth across multiple countries.

Profile & Qualifications

We are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals who are eager to build a successful career in the international medical device industry.

You may be a recent graduate or have up to 1–2 years of professional experience. Previous experience in the medical device industry is not required.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English language skills (both written and spoken). Fluent in both or at least in one: Kazakh and Russian languages. This is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong interest in healthcare, innovative medical technologies, and business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new products, therapies, and business processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• High level of responsibility, self-motivation, and commitment to achieving goals.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an international team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to travel across the CIS region and internationally as business requires up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Learning

• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the assigned product portfolio, clinical applications, and treatment pathways.
• Participate in internal and external product training programs and complete required certifications.
• Continuously develop product, clinical, and commercial knowledge.

Sales & Marketing

• Support Product Specialists and Sales Managers in daily business activities.
• Preparing product presentations, marketing materials, training content, and customer communications.
• Product launches and local marketing initiatives.
• Market research, competitor analysis, and business reporting.

Clinical & Customer Support

• Participate in customer visits together with senior colleagues.
• Product demonstrations, workshops, physician training sessions, and congresses.
• Observe and gradually support clinical cases in catheterization laboratories under supervision.
• Build professional relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.

Business Support

• Assist with sales forecasting, product planning, and inventory monitoring.
• Support in regulatory things.
• Maintain CRM and product-related databases.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
