Your role, your impact

• Development and improvement of testing procedures
• Support testing programs and applications
• Ensure that testing performed according to validated test documentation
• Monitor testing equipment, support and escalate issues if needed
• Trainings of testing personnel
• Request tooling when needed and write tooling specifications.
• Calculate precise Method Time.
• Industrialize retrofit after engineering changes: test procedures, programs, tooling.
• Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across quality, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (design, electrical, rolling stock, automation etc.)
• Experience in testing and commissioning or automation is desirable.
• English at least intermediate level.

How success is measured

• Quality and timeliness of deliverables.
• Relevance of technical recommendations.
• Contribution to peer reviews and teamwork.
